Hi all, we are going with a very no-frills theme this year for our AGM. No hotel booking, and back to an event that sparks camaraderie, ideas & celebrating our 50th anniversary.

We are secured for a meeting room at One Eleven Grill in Red Deer, AB at 108-5301 43 St AB. Menu is in the link for One Eleven Grill. We will have a private room for this meeting at no cost (so long as everyone orders $25 of food) – that seems relatively achievable.

We have a space reserved from 5:30 PM that evening, to as late as any of our group wants to stay, enjoy food and beverage.

An agenda will follow in a few weeks from now, however some details that is pertinent:

• You can show up for supper, and the visiting time (meals/beverages are ON YOU, min spend of $25/person) (option to pre-order so food is ready for 6 will occur closer to date)
• Alternatively, you can show up at 7 PM for just the meeting ($25 min applies on food and drink- to order appetizers or drinks)
• Membership fees MUST be paid before AGM in order to have active voting status for the meeting

It is our understanding that the Canadian Salers Association AGM will proceed on July 27, 2024 and a farm tour of Sky West Salers will be on the Sunday, July 28, however please do not quote me on it at this point as nothing has been confirmed to us from the Canadian Association.

The ASA will confirm your RSVP closer to the event date, so that a meeting room size can be dialed down. There is a 12 person meeting room and a 50 person meeting room, so we’d like to make sure we are adequately sized.
